This Zoom lecture turned meditation and attunement workshop will touch on vibration energy and crystal healing through meditation and mindful relaxation. We'll dive into a variety of Crystal stones and more rare structure types and how to mediate and work along side them. We will also explore the power of the many Hertz vibration frequencies and the various instruments used in rituals, healing to cleansing practices.
Jacq truly looks forward to an open discussion workshop that will be available through most of this relaxed evening. So, get your favorite crystal, bells, singing bowls as we attune ourselves and our lives in preparation for the coming Spring!
