This 'Cabot Witch' inspired Black Velvet Capelet lined with Red Satin in the body of the cloak and Royal Stewart plaid within the oversized dramatic hood. An attached mini sash/scarf that mimics the Cabot Traditions sashes worn as part ritual wear. Closes with a single silk hook & eye.
